Elizabeth is licensed in both Florida and Kentucky. She received her J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law, and her B.A., cum laude from University of Kentucky.
While in law school, Elizabeth served as editor for the Journal of Law and Education, was a Louisville Bar Association Legal Opportunity Scholar and earned a fellowship where she became a child custody and divorce mediator. She also earned Book Awards (for most outstanding student) in International Law and Law and Economic Analysis.
Elizabeth has been published three times, and has spoken at an international conference on the effects of healthcare laws on the aging population.
Before moving to Florida, Elizabeth worked in the trust and estate section at a reputable firm in Louisville, Kentucky and then at one of the largest, independent trust companies in Kentucky providing asset management, trust administration and estate planning services to high net-worth clients and institutions.
Elizabeth is a member of the Florida Bar Real Property Probate and Trust Law, and Family Law Sections, the St. Johns and Jacksonville Chapters of the Florida Association of Women Lawyers and the Mattie Bell Davis Society.
She lives in Nocatee with her husband and their two dogs. She is an avid runner and enjoys going to the beach.
