Paige Rheuby - Attorney

Paige Rhueby is an experienced trial lawyer who has dedicated her career to fighting for victims and the injured. She is licensed in Alabama and Florida. Paige joined the firm after serving as an Assistant District Attorney in Jefferson County, Alabama, and Assistant State Attorney in Fourth Judicial Circuit of Florida where she has tried hundreds of bench trials and dozens of jury trials. Paige spent most of her time as a prosecutor handling hundreds of special victims, homicide, and violent crime cases, where she honed her advocacy skills and learned to litigate aggressively. Paige’s passion to give a voice to those injured drives her to achieve the best possible result for first-party property clients.

Paige was born and raised in Knoxville, Tennessee, where she cultivated her community involvement and volunteer spirit. She graduated from the University of Tennessee, where she earned her undergraduate degree in psychology and philosophy and was recognized for her hours of volunteer work and leadership on campus. Paige moved to Birmingham, Alabama, to focus on litigation and earned her Juris Doctorate from Cumberland School of Law, a school nationally ranked in the Top Ten for trial advocacy programs. While in law school, Paige competed as a member of the school’s National Trial Team and clerked at local District Attorney’s Offices and for the United States Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Alabama.

While living in Alabama, Paige served as the President of the Criminal Justice Section of the Birmingham Bar and as the Secretary of the Prescott House Child Advocacy Center Junior Board. She spent her time mentoring law students and teaching Human Trafficking laws to law enforcement and community panels. Paige now lives in Jacksonville and continues to refine her professional development as a member of the Jacksonville Bar Association and mentors law students. Paige values teamwork in her practice and collaboration with members of the community.  

Outside of her professional life, Paige enjoys spending quality time with her husband, two dogs, friends, and family. Her hobbies include gardening, traveling, cheering on the Volunteers, and pickleball.
