Elizabeth, who is licensed in both Florida and Kentucky, focuses most of her attention on civil and commercial litigation matters.  Elizabeth is a true teammate to her clients.  She puts herself in the shoes of her clients and fights to make sure the client gets a great outcome.  If your legal matter turns in to a major dispute, you want Elizabeth on your team.  In addition to advocating for her clients, she is an excellent researcher and writer who enjoys staying on top of all recent changes to the law.  Prior to joining Woolsey Morcom, she worked at a large, reputable firm in Louisville Kentucky, providing legal services to high-net-worth clients and institutions.

Elizabeth has been recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star and been published numerous times in different legal journals. She received her law degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law, and her B.A. in psychology with honors from the University of Kentucky.

Elizabeth is involved in the community as a 2024 Leadership St. Johns class member and by serving on her neighborhood Architectural Review Committee. She is an avid runner, pizza enthusiast and enjoys spending time with her husband and son.
