Charles “Lee” Wingard is a trial attorney with Woolsey Morcom specializing in Commercial Litigation. Lee serves a variety of clients including commercial lenders, title companies, business owners, franchisees/franchisors, and individuals who require experienced representation.

As an Assistant State Attorney for the Fourth Judicial Circuit, Lee prosecuted drug dealers, violent offenders, firearm cases, burglaries, and more. In addition to his regular caseload, Lee was hand-picked to assist on several high-stakes homicide trials. The office recognized Lee’s versatility and promoted him to Senior Trial Attorney, the role he held until he left the State Attorney’s Office.

In 2015, Lee graduated from the University of South Alabama with a degree in broadcast journalism. After completing his undergraduate degree, Lee was a Television News Producer for three and a half years at WKRG-TV in Mobile, Alabama. During his time as a News Producer, Lee produced numerous daily newscasts and wrote articles on various news topics both locally and nationally. After his stint in television news, Lee graduated from Tulane University School of Law in New Orleans, Louisiana with Cum Laude honors in 2021.

Lee grew up in Mobile, Alabama before settling down on the First Coast of Florida. In his free time, Lee enjoys golfing, fishing, hiking, and spending time with his dogs.
